Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) is all about using specialized tools and hand technique to physically manipulate metal back into its original factory shape—without damaging the clear coat or paint.
- Specialized Steel Rods & Picks: We use dozens of custom-forged steel rods in different lengths, bends, and tip styles. These let us reach deep inside door panels, fenders, and roofs to carefully massage the metal out from behind.
- LED Reflector Boards: To see every detail of the damage, we shine specialized LED boards on the panel. The reflected lines bend around the dent, showing us the exact micro-points that need to be adjusted.
- Glue-Pulling Systems: When we can't access the back of a panel, we use high-strength pulling tabs attached directly to the exterior. Using specialized lifters or slide hammers, we pull the metal up safely from the outside without touching your paint.
- Tap-Down & Knock-Down Tools: High spots are just as important as low spots. We use soft-tipped plastic or brass tools to gently tap down high edges, relaxing the tension in the metal so the whole panel flattens back out smoothly.
